Here's another meta-jazz piece. This song is really all gimmick, no form. It's kind of how I approach improvising; I don't memorize rules like playing an e minor chord over a D pentatonic scale, and then learn that in all 12 keys; it's more circumstantial. To put it into perspective; you don't plan how you're going to talk. You don't think, "so I'm gonna open with a joke about rabbi's, and that'll prompt my register of knowledge of how to say 'how's it going?' in 5 foreign languages and I'll either say it in Hebrew or German- depending on who laughs at the joke. At this point, I hope Micah is laughing because I'll then lead a conversation about Hinduism."
